Refund Policy
At Carmorph, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We do not offer returns for products once delivered. However, if we are unable to deliver your product, a full refund will be processed.
Damage Return Policy
In case the product is received in a damaged condition, we require an unboxing video as proof to process a refund. This video must clearly show the package being opened and the damage to the product. Please send the unboxing video to our customer support at connect@carmorph.online within 24 hours of receiving the product. Without the unboxing video, we will not be able to accept the damage claim.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us at connect@carmorph.online before your order is dispatched. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, the refund policy will apply if the product couldn’t be delivered.
How to Request a Refund for Non-Delivery
If we are unable to deliver your order, you can request a refund by contacting us at connect@carmorph.online. We will process the refund and notify you once completed.
